Fresh Fruit Wine
 

Vancouver Island is full of fruit in the summer,  wild blackberry, juicy plums, and sweet apples. Beside making tons of jams, or just throwing them away, now you have a new choice: make fruit wine or cider!

Here at The Winery, we can help you to turn your favorite fruit into delicious wine or cider. We can either make 100% pure fruit wine or blend the Fruit with your favorite wine style. you can also choose to add special falavors into your wine, such as cholate and hazelnut falavor.

 

We also have specialized labels for your fruit wine to give it that 'extra' touch while serving to your guests.

 

We also offer Fresh Fruit Port Making and Fresh Fruit Cider Making.
